Job Description
Job Title: Enterprise Architect
Pune/Bangalore/Noida-India- Hybrid
Enterprise Architecture Analyst plays an integral role in processing the demand intakes coming to IT from business and within IT, aligning intakes to roadmaps, creating rough order of magnitude estimates, ensuring all pre-execution work completed seamlessly. The architect partners with business and technology groups to ensure alignment of technology solutions with the company's strategic objectives. In addition, manage enterprise standards in EA systems like LeanIX and JiraAlign.
You will report to the SENIOR ENGINEERING MANAGER IT.
Your Responsibilities:
- Translate enterprise-level ideas into actionable requirements and use cases.
- Design processes, data flows, current and future state maps, and customer experience journeys.
- Develop key architecture documents across application, data, integration, and platform domains.
- Estimate IT demand ROM, assess cybersecurity needs, and coordinate with Solution Architects on solutions.
- Configure systems, customize dashboards and factsheets, and set up integrations.
- Maintain data quality by gathering, cleaning, uploading, and updating factsheet data in the EA repository.
- Produce reports and visualizations from LeanIX data for technology insights.
- Collaborate with IT to document "as is" and future ("to be") system architectures.
- Set up and manage integrations between LeanIX and platforms like One Trust, PowerBI, Jira Align, and ServiceNow.
- Ensure and accurate synchronization, upholding data integrity across systems.
- Administer policies, standards, and guidelines for a unified technology framework and adherence to best practices.
- Engage business teams during ideation and design, guide tech choices, co-develop architecture with Solution Architects, and ensure compliance.
- Research assigned technologies, define requirements, recommend changes, plan migrations, and build related projects.
- Lead evaluation of new technologies and trends for project and operational support.
- Act as practitioner, mentor, or advisor to IT and business teams as needed.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- A minimum of 8 years of analysis experience is expected.
- This role is an individual contributor.
- One Trust: Demonstrated familiarity with data privacy compliance and governance through the use of One Trust.
- Jira Align: Experience in agile project management and strategic planning using Jira Align, including the management and optimization of the ideation process within the platform.
- PowerBI: Proficiency in developing data visualizations and reports with PowerBI, integrating datasets from Jira Align, One Trust, ServiceNow, and LeanIX.
- API Development: Knowledge of API development and integration methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field.
- Experience in developing strategic technology plans and roadmaps.
- Experience in designing, integrating, and managing complex solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM, CPQ).
- Background in ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Hands-on experience in multiple enterprise architecture domains, business intelligence, Platform as a Service (PaaS), DevOps, CI/CD, and software engineering.
- Experience in architecting global, large-scale applications across multiple countries and departments.
- Knowledge of architectural design frameworks and integration patterns.

- Demonstrated capacity to rapidly assimilate new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements
