Job Description
Position Summary:
The Agreement Manager Associate is responsible for reviewing, analyzing and approving Special Price Requests utilizing data analytics generated from DGS within an Industry Affinity model and within Delegation of Authority Limits. As directed by the relevant Global Agreements Manager and with moderate supervision, this individual will utilize standard analytical tools, Policies & Procedures to drive data driven decisions when approving and/or renewing Customer Special Price Agreements.
Essential functions:
Utilize data driven analytics via DGS to review and approve special pricing requests within stated Delegation of Authority limits and Internal Control policies and procedures.
Interface with Sales, Distributors, Product and Business Unit Managers for the purposes of escalating Special Price Requests and provide data driven facts to support your recommendation.
Execute Outlier Management initiatives within stated guidelines.
Analyze data and make pricing recommendations for temporary, project related agreements.
Achieve AOP Price Variance goals.
Support Sales in the planning and execution of negotiations.

Demonstrate pricing acumen and make fact-based recommendations.
Devise data supported business cases when escalating pricing recommendations for management and/or Business Unit review.

Familiar with a broad range of computer applications.
Understand global cross border selling issues (FX, Duties, etc...).
Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of distribution channels.
BASIC EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Data Analysis, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Finance.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Data analysis and modeling within an industrial business-to-business environment or equivalent educational or job-related experience.
Data driven Pricing experience .
Sales or Product Management experience.
