Job Description
In your role as an IT Technical Site coordinator within the LATAM and NA regional IT Team, you play a crucial part in the Business Technology Management organization by ensuring efficient IT Partnership and uninterrupted IT Support for Rockwell Automation users in LATAM and NA.
Your responsibilities involve bridging the gap between Global IT Capability Teams (such as SAP, EUX, Network, or Cloud/Hosting) and the Business Units, enabling them to meet the evolving demands of the business in the LATAM and NA regions. Acting as the representative of IT managing the technical aspects of a project or site, overseeing hardware procurement and installation at various sites in North America and Latin America working closely with the operations teams to develop strategic plans that drive execution and enable successful delivery.
In your day-to-day role, you demonstrate exceptional proficiency in analyzing and resolving business issues. You effectively collaborate with both internal and external IT service providers, while actively supporting ITIL processes such as INC (incident management), CHM (change management), and PRB (problem management). Your responsibilities include overseeing regional IT communication with various business units, proactively sharing information, and actively seeking input. Additionally, you play a pivotal role in contributing and proposing IT solutions that align with the Strategic IT Roadmap. Furthermore, you engage with stakeholders ranging from local users to senior group leaders within the business units, as well as the respective IT support teams, to ensure the seamless execution of IT projects in the region.
You will serve as a trusted IT business partner for LATAM and NA core business domains and countries. You will report to the Regional Technical Leader with the Latin America region.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an IT business partner for IT capability teams and regional businesses.
Coordinate and administer end-to-end regional IT communication channels.
Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business unit (BU) requirements.
Support regional and global IT project rollouts in the LATAM and NA regions.
Assist in the escalation and resolution of existing incidents and support troubleshooting problems according to agreed processes and service level agreements (SLAs).
Support or coordinate IT operation maintenance and excellence for LATAM and NA sites.

Procurement and payments follow up.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree in systems Engineering or related field.
At least 5 years general experience in similar roles.
Advanced English level.
