Job Description

You will be part of the Global Cost Accounting Team. You will maintain a complete and systematic set of transactions for cost accounting, uses office automated systems to input data, produce reports and respond to the inquiries impacting standard cost and inventory. You will work in hybrid model of work with office in Katowice and report directly to Senior Global Cost Accounting Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

• Timely and properly definition the standard cost of materials for all SAP locations globally
• Ongoing verification of costing issues and solutions
• Verification, reporting and escalation of any discrepancies related to standard cost and addressing them to the adequate departments
• Material Master data analysis and changes in the records impacting costing.
• Generates and prepares weekly and monthly reports
• Assisting in the month end close process.
• Participation in physical inventory audits
• Global Annual Cost Roll activities

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• minimum 1 year experience in the accounting or finance department (AP, AR, GL)
• Polish + English - fluent
• MS Excel (advanced formulas)
• Independency and systemacy in daily work
• Openess for periodic short-term travel conducting physical inventory audits

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting
