Job Description

Global Shared Services team member who can handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving its Goals and report & implement Continuous Improvement ideas.

You will report to Team Leader - ISC Global Shared Services

Your Responsibilities:

• Order Management (Product Order Entry / Modification)
• The accountability over multiple Customer Care & supply chain processes

• Ensure high quality of existing processes
• Resolve issues related to handled processes
• Making sure the process instructions are updated & accurate
• Customer Focus: Assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Communicate with internal & external partners
• Address business issues in appropriate manner
• Responsibility for delivering process innovations and continuous improvement projects/ideas
• Participate in projects

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Very good skill in English (B2)
• Experience in a customer service environment
• Adaptable, can sense the urgency of tasks and can prioritize the tasks accordingly
• Continuous improvement mindset: focused on implementing process improvements
• Familiarity with the project management methodology (LSS, PRINCE2 )
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (including Macros),
• Experience in SAP, Oracle Right Now and Power Automate will be an asset
• Flexible working hours: 7:00-9:00 to 15:00-17:0
