Job Description
The Project Manager Intern will develop solid project management knowledge by assisting with assignments in project planning and execution. You will work under the supervision of senior project managers to help implement and coordinate solutions across Industrial Automation, Process Control, IT/OT,
Information Solutions, Industrial Networks, and Lead Systems disciplines. You will also work in a team environment to help deliver these solutions to multiple industries served by Rockwell Automation in the South Pacific region.
You will collaborate with experienced team members, engage with customers, and help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. You will report to a business lead based in Australia.
Your Responsibilities:
·Partner with senior project managers in a design office, using project management tools, to develop project plans, specifications, and documentation.
Support project teams in tracking milestones, and timelines.
Help coordinate teams to ensure successful project execution.
Help prepare project proposals, budgets, and schedules.
Participate in meetings with partners and contribute to project reporting and communication.
Perform any other relevant responsibilities as and when assigned by your immediate Supervisor.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Graduated or pursuing an engineering degree (3rd year student or higher)
Proficient in MS Office software
Some exposure to project coordination or management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
