Job Description

You will administer the lifecycle of service contracts and contributing to the growth of the business. The lifecycle includes contract initiation, execution, fulfillment & billing, maintenance, renewals and reporting. You will interface with Rockwell Automation Customers, Distributors, and Team personnel.

Measurements (KPI)

1. Provide high level administrative/ operational support to Customer, Distributors, Pre-sales team and Business Manager based on relevant service contracts Business Process Plans, SOPs, Job Aids and Work Instructions.

2. Complete assigned administrative tasks and with high accuracy.

3. Contribute in a team-working environment to make service contracts delivery margin exceed as-sold margin.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Accomplish Contracts

    • Support to create contract orders in SAP and set up any required scheduling

    • Communicate with Customer or Distributor or shipment arrangement

    • Archive contracts and retain good records of all related documentation

  • Fulfill Contacts

    • Manage the schedule and organize delivery of services to meet contractual commitments

    • Expedite services and procure parts through Logistics or from 3rd party Suppliers

    • Inform and ensure resources are booked in advance

    • Provide operational support for internal personnel

    • Prepare invoices or credit notes

  • Maintain Contracts

    • Monitor contract usage & performance by regular review

    • Compile audit documents or other documentation for service delivery personnel.

    • Notify Distributors of their upcoming and overdue commitments.

    • Talk with internal/external customers to resolve customer commercial issues/concerns

    • Manage the escalation of appeals process by prioritizing customer requirements

  • Renew Contracts

    • Use databases to support service contract renewal

    • Provide advance notification to Customer/ Distributor/ Sales Staff when contracts approach expiration

    • Follow up contract termination per procedures and processes

  • Reporting

    • Analyze data to identify opportunities to increase market share or support sales growth

    • Prepare appropriate reporting to both internal and external customer

Other Responsibilities:

Ensure familiarity with ALL LCS Service Offerings. Ensure compliance to Ethics, Standards of Business Conduct, other RA policies and the relevant government regulations in the geography.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering / Marketing or equivalent

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business administration, analytics, and contract services or equivalent.

  • With experience in customer account management or project management.

  • Background or prior experience using and using computer-based enterprise-level business systems such as SAP or equivalent.

  • Understanding of automation sales and channels to market
