Job Description

The Customer Care Representative is operational person within Contract Verification Team, able to handle daily operational tasks and support us with achieving our goals.

You will work hybrid (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at office).

You will report to Team Leader ISC - Global Shared Services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls from North America customers
  • Verify customers' contracts
  • Direct customers to the right technical support group
  • Handle customers' inquiries
  • Manage service tickets
  • Communicate with partners
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge about new products and process changes
  • Frequently work with peers and customers to present or exchange information
  • Solve problems
  • Report continuous improvement opportunities

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Experience in a customer service environment
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English - verbal and written
  • Customer-focused providing the best customer service
  • Team player demonstrate ethical and positive behavior
  • Experience in work with different types of customer profiles, adapt to different level of audience when communicating whilst working with several departments in a multicultural organization
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Call center experience
