Job Description

As a General Ledger Accountant, you will be an important member of our EMEA Finance team, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely month-end close processes. You will report to the RtR Manager and work in a hybrid model from our Katowice office. You will work closely with regional teams and global partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver the month-end close process for assigned entities in the EMEA region.
• Perform reconciliations and postings on intercompany accounts and bank statements.
• Manage fixed assets accounting, including capitalization and depreciation.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations following ARC templates and internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and internal accounting policies.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum B2 level of English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in general ledger accounting and month-end close processes.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar GL or accounting role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX or SAP.
• Experience with Fixed assets / Intercompany accounting.
