Job Description

Summary:

Reporting to our Product Quality Manager, you will perform technical functions related to the support of product quality engineering activities such as development, revision, and application of methods for inspecting, testing and evaluating returned/suspect product. Work with others on activities and items to ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Performs laboratory analyses and investigations regarding returned/suspect product.

2. Author technical reports/reviews of findings, including product analysis reports.

3. Logs nonconformances/CAPA cases resulting of product analysis, provides recommendations and support to prevent failure recurrence, and follows up until closure.

4. Identify trends in the inspection of finished products and recommend corrective actions.

5. Maintains failure analysis test tools, fixtures, and equipment.

6. Proposes improvements to tests and methods to identify complex part failures; and analyze design, reliability, or yield issues to determine the cause of their failure.

Minimum Required Education:

1. Final-year student of a bachelor's degree in: Mechatronics, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.

2. Preferably, 1 year of related experience.

3. Electrical circuit analysis.

4. Read mechanical drawings.

5. Fluent in writing and speaking English.

6.Experience in main Apps (PowerPoint, Excel can maintain complex spreadsheets).
