Job Description

Summary:

Responsible for meeting sales targets for assigned RA products and services as well as coach and lead the assigned Account Managers in order to meet their sales goals.

You will be reporting to Regional Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible to establish & drive Sales execution plan in yourTerritory.

· Responsible to develop & grow assigned account package to exceed Sales target and continuously maintain healthy funnel for self and team

· Win Strategy and Account Plan for key account

· Value selling (CE, IA, IMC, Services & solutions)

· Weekly/Monthly cadence and plans to execute short-term/mid-term/long-term objectives established in the KAP

· Establish & Maintain relationship at all level at assigned accounts.

· Leverage internal and channel resources to maximize account share and account conversion

· Coach team of Account Managers on sales processes and engagements to meet team sales targets

· Responsible of ensuring compliance to policies, hiring of talents, retention, performance review and development of the team

· Identify and develop potential successors through building capability of the team

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related knowledge and experience.
  • 10 years relevant sales experience or equivalent training

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Skills in Customer-centric Selling, Sales, Prospecting & New Customer Development, Disciplined Selling, Territory Planning & Management, and Account Planning & Management.
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture, Standard Drives and Networks and a basic understanding of all our products
  • Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, EU/SI and OEM Business Drivers, Process Business Drivers.
