Job Description

You are responsible for successful achievement of AOP (A/C Packages) through effective alignment, execution and accomplishment of Growth Initiative goals for the assigned accounts.

You will report to the Sales Leader,Channel and work Hybrid in Chennai, India.

Your Responsibilities:

Strategy & Operation:

  • Develops strategy and account plans for assigned accounts and collaborate with EU/OEM & Industry Vertical Teams in order to achieve AOP Target.
  • Develop top 5 account to build future FAP accounts.
  • Maintains healthy mix/funnel of products, solutions and services within assigned account packages. Identifies right qualifying opportunities and drive quality of engagement to ensure effective customer win rate
  • Obtains in-depth understanding of client processes and business model and also map customer leadership with Rockwell Automation leadership
  • Ensures compliance to policy and procedures as per Rockwell Automations' standards

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in sales
  • Travel based on the requirement

Specific Skills

  • Product : Intermediate level of expertise in Business Development activities in Process, and Services & Solutions
  • Industry : Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Market Research & Analysis
  • People: Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects. . Be able to function with a large degree of autonomy. Ability to Experience digging into prospects' pain points and validating the issues they're facing, negotiate and persuade

  • Eperience in similar domain, with sales and marketing experience
