Job Description

Develop, evaluate and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products. Ensure activities and items comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Perform analysis and identify trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions. Ensures that established manufacturing inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. Ensure compliance with internal and external specifications and standards such as ISO regulations. Evaluate and analyze the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.

We are seeking a Product Quality Engineer to join our team. You will focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) and Post Sales activities, ensuring the highest quality standards for our products.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teams to support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Develop and implement quality plans, inspection criteria, and test methods for new products.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Monitor post-sales product performance and customer feedback.
  • Work with manufacturing and development teams to resolve quality issues and improve product reliability.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to quality and reliability aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and evaluate technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production equipment, and finished products.
  • Ensure activities and products comply with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations.

  • Ensure that established manufacturing processes are followed.

You will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in product quality engineering in a manufacturing environment, and New Product Introduction
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, Six Sigma).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
  • Product Development process (Concept, Design/development, prototyping, testing, and commercialization/Utilization) Desirable.
  • Agile Methodology knowledge (desirable)
  • Familiarity with post-sales support and customer feedback analysis.
  • Certification in quality engineering (e.g., CQE, Six Sigma Green Belt) is a Plus.
