Job Description
Role Overview
The Program Coordinator for Gurukul will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and management of the program. This individual will coordinate with key stakeholders, including university partners, leadership teams, and nominated participants, to deliver a structured and impactful leadership development experience.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Coordination
- Collaborate with the execution team to ensure the successful implementation of the Gurukul
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with Learning partners.
- Liaise with the selected learning partner to align on curriculum, faculty, and delivery mechanisms.
- Oversee the logistical aspects of program implementation, including session scheduling, participant onboarding, and coordination of resources.
2. Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for nominated participants, ensuring a seamless learning experience.
- Act as a bridge between participants, learning partners, and the leadership team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Work closely with senior leadership to track program effectiveness and incorporate their feedback.
- Ensure prompt issue resolution and maintain a high level of participant satisfaction throughout the program.
3. Documentation & Communication
- Maintain comprehensive records of participant feedback, progress, and overall engagement.
- Develop and manage templates for nominations, letters of recommendation, program announcements, and presentations.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports to update stakeholders on program milestones, engagement levels, and areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless documentation and knowledge transfer for future program iterations.
4. Participant Engagement & Assessment
- Organize interviews of nominated participants as part of the selection process.
- Collaborate with the executive team to design post-assessment tools and success metrics to measure program impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on participant engagement levels and feedback analysis.
- Support in creating learning interventions and engagement strategies to maximize participant involvement and development.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Prior experience in managing leadership programs, learning partnerships, or learning & development initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Experienced candidates preferred.
Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
