Job Description

You will join our Digital Team, which is seeking candidates looking for an exciting career driving the professional development of both functional and technical consultants across the globe.

You will support the creation and management of training opportunities ranging from employee onboarding through senior leadership communication skills development. This is a collaborative role where success will be defined by your willigness to build strong relationships across the organization, quickly identify training opportunities and use Learning & Development leading practices to create world-class training for our constituents.

You will report directly to the Senior Manager located in United States. You will work with the team in a hybrid system in our office in Katowice.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify training opportunities through the development of internal relationships within the business,
  • Manage a portfolio of self-guided, virtual, and in-person training events from ideation to execution,
  • Provide training guidance to Senior Leadership and Subject Matter Experts based on sound adult education/instructional design leading practices,
  • Lead and/or support the development of training,
  • Contribute to the determination and tracking of our Global Training Calendar and Performance Metrics,
  • Collect feedback around all training events.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of experience,
  • Excellent written and spoken English,
  • A passion for personal development, both for others and yourself,
  • The ability to handle several tasks simultaneously across a portfolio of ongoing training project,
  • Experience as a Management Consultant or other similar Professional Services role,
  • Practical experience with Rapid E-Learning Authoring software, Learning Management System (LMS) Administration, or other Learning & Development-focused technologies,
  • Willingness to travel 10-15% regionally or internationally.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience working in large, matrixed organizational structures,
