Job Description

Position Summary:

You will lead team of TA Advisors, developing hiring plan, sourcing strategy and implementing for assigned positions/organisations to support RA business's sustainable growth in Lifecycle (LCS) group.

You will report to TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER – Asia Pacific.

You will work in Hybrid work mode and based in Noida.

Key responsibilities:

You will manage the staff recruitment and sourcing for designated business group/s.

You will ensure staffing requirements are met following governmental requirements.

You will oversee recruiters, technical recruiters, temporary and contract labour resources, and employment representatives in staffing activities.

You will establish and oversee execution of hiring and sourcing avenues and internal/external resume tracking systems to speed the process of identifying qualified candidates.

You will ensure corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

You will develop and implement recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimising cost per hire.

You will provide information feedback trends and concerns of candidates to others in Human Resources and management.

You will identify and maintain contracts with recruiting sources such as job fairs, technical recruitment agencies and multiple job search websites.

You will select, develop and evaluate the team of TA Advisors to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

The Essentials – You Will Have

A Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, Science or Arts

  • 10+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 4 or more years of experience overseeing changes in a big multinational organisation.
  • Work in a matrix environment
  • Process and continuous improvement oriented
  • Work within a diverse organisation
  • Good stakeholder and process focus

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

  • Leadership - You have experience leading teams for multinational company.
  • Soft Skills - Be flexible and adaptable when dealing with ambiguity, conflicting priorities and crises.
