Job Description
As a Senior HR Generalist your role will be to partner with the country management to provide them with guidance on all relevant people matters developing and driving HR programs and initiatives.
You will facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues. You will resolve employee relations issues through a systematic approach and will partner with senior management in the development of solutions through cultural and process perspective organizational development.
This role will be based in Aarau, Switzerland, under a hybrid working model.
Your Responsibilities:
- You are the go to to person for all people related matters and tasks of the daily operational business.
- You provide proactive consulting and support for your local leaders and employees along the complete employee life cycle.
- You help local leaders to identify development needs of their teams and come up with innovative and suitable actions to address these.
- You administer existing HR processes and help to implement new initiatives on local level.
- You take an active role in steering HR projects for Switzerland and contribute to European wide projects.
- You collaborate intensively with our Center or Excellence to implement innovative topics around development and benefits.
- You build a trustful and constructive working relationship with our works council.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- 5+ years track record in a generalist human resources role.
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- Experience partnering with work councils.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience working in a technology/sales based international matrix organization.
- Experience using Workday.
