Job Description

Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation and procedure verification, and system review. Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts. Analyze and, when able, corrects cycle count discrepancies. Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy. Compile and documents all transactions for data entry.

This position is located in Guadalupe, Nuevo Leon and you will report to a Production Control Management.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation and procedure verification, and system review.
• Conduct physical inventories and lead cycle counts.
• Analyze and correct cycle count discrepancies.
• Audit incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
• Compile and document all transactions for data entry.
• Follow up on materials for repair orders.
• Manually create repair orders.
• Manage initial and final inventory.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Degree related to electronics, electrical, metal mechanics, or electricity.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic diagrams.
• SAP management.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Experience with CRM and Dispatch.
• Knowledge of RA products.
• Experience in a related role
