Job Description

You will deploy new purchasing processes, securing compliance of Strategic Sourcing team to procedures and regional governmental regulation. System and Process Lead is responsible for continues improvement activities including opportunity identification and execution of assigned and approved projects. Governance of all purchasing processes - direct materials, finished goods buying and engineered to order. Monitor processes in the region and for assign critical ones implement measurement and escalation paths to secure compliance Develop new processes to respond to new regional or country regulation improving procurement processes. You will report to the SYSTEM & PROCESS MANAGER, small team is located in Katowice - Poland. Model: Hybrid Work

Your Responsibilities:

Governance of main purchasing processes and performance metrics (On-Time delivery, Span of lates, LT) across global purchasing roles. Ensure compliance and understanding of Global Procurement Standards.

Process Improvement: identify and drive system, tools, and process improvement/development opportunities by liaising and leading various purchasing project teams and global shared services teams. Create business cases if required and report progress to management.

User Communication and training. Provide necessary datasets, Dashboard & Analysis (ie. Vendor productivity) and support their daily work.

Monitor and evaluate supplier performance (following Global Metrics Scorecard), flag and address discrepancies and risks. Responsible for monthly reporting (incl. Report and datasets preparation) to senior management on measurements

Process ownership: approver for assigned processes.

Ensure procurement data consistency between systems and process understanding of KPI/SLA

The Essentials - You Will Have:

Bachelor or master's degree in supply chain related areas (ie. Logistics, Economics etc.)

4+ years of Procurement or Supply Chain experience

Six Sigma certificate. Continuous Improvement oriented

Experience creating and improving processes within Procurement space.

Communicative English skills

Use advanced tools (applications and cloud), especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint (functions, formatting)

SAP, Power BI experience.

Understanding of Procurement process logic and implication

Demonstratable data analysis skills

Work in environment with unexpected changes, easily adapting
