Job Description

Modality: Hybrid

You will report to: GROUP PRODUCT MANAGER - PLEX

Job Description:

• Work with leadership and teams in our Lifecycle Services, Product and Market Access functions, support market growth through SI led deployments of Plex solutions to deliver Positive Business Outcomes for our customers
• Lead development of structured SI enablement programs targeting SI resources
• Allow system integrator resources to deliver following best practices and use standard solutions within our Cloud/SaaS MES product portfolio using problem solving and consulting skills to align solutions to customer outcomes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in configuration and delivery of Plex MES solutions and maintain current knowledge of product and solution releases and transfer knowledge to SI resources
• Support configuration, documentation and delivery of solutions to end-customers including support of escalation management
• Support alignment between global Rockwell organizations to facilitate scale of partner-driven growth
• Be a liaison between our SI ecosystem and our teams (Marketing, Product Engineering, Sales, Customer Success Professional Services and Support)
• Support business model definition & monetization opportunities for durable & profitable growth
• Support business development with geographic partners during full customer lifecycle
• Present to the broader RA team on initiative health and status and coordinate initiative activity and tasks between teams
• Build repeatable motions, assets, & deliverables to grow the positive impact of the partner

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is required in IT, Business or Engineering discipline
• Travel 50%+ of the time depending on assignment
• 10+ years experience in ERP/MES deployment within a manufacturing environment
• Legal authorization to work in the US is required for US based positions- we will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, not now or in the future, for this job opening

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ Years Experience deploying Plex, By Rockwell Automation solutions in an internal, partner or customer champion role
• Technical and Functional understanding of Plex, by Rockwell Automation product features and integration capabilities
• Experience related to enablement programs and best practices highly preferred
• Navigate between business and technical concepts
• Strong analytical skills, written and interpersonal skills
• Present to all levels of an organization from peers to C-Suite
• Clearly and concisely present product value, benefits, proposals, and status to peers and management
• Clearly define requirements and prioritize requests based on qualitative and quantitative analysis
