Job Description

You as the HR Service Center Lead will lead the team to deliver high-quality services to Rockwell Automation employees, managers, and HR teams. Manage the delivery of a broad range of HR operational processes across Americas. Provide leadership and oversight of workplace planning, scheduling, allocation of work, monitoring productivity, compliance, and ensuring the quality of service. Hire and coaching of direct reports. Establish standards and procedures for handling employee questions, transactions, and administration of human resources programs. Promote a culture of exceptional customer service, process improvement, and collaboration to provide services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead team of approximately 8-10 staff members.
  • Accountable for the team to provide first-level support on HR policy, procedure questions and issues.
  • Create staff schedule and skilling to HR Service Center has coverage.
  • Accountable for HR process advisory (Tier 1 support) and execution for employees, managers, and HR professionals in multiple countries in a region,
  • Work with HR leadership to maintain process standards and SLAs to resolve process and performance issues across all HR functions that impact users of the HR Service Center.
  • Implement process changes and work with process owners and team members to build and communicate changes.
  • Uses Workday Help tool to accurately capture, track, and follow-up on inquiries; entries used to monitor KPI trends, track performance, provide feedback, and improve quality.
  • Maintain customer focus, productivity, and quality of services, through audit and other monitoring mechanisms to assure that policy, procedures, goals, and customer service activities are carried out according to company procedures, SLAs and standards.
  • Motivate and manage staff to exceed service goals and improve efficiency and quality.
  • Focus on employee development, succession and career planning through coaching.
  • Coordinate maintenance of procedure documentation for accuracy and annual governance review.
  • Collaborate with appropriate HRSC leadership/staff, COE, HRBP or third parties to resolve complex inquiries or transactions.

You will report to :GPHRS LATAM Mgr.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Typically requires two years of leadership experience.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Desired Qualifications:
  • Well organized sets priorities for self and the team within projects respects deadlines/cut-offs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • HR experience in any of the following areas: Global Payroll, HR Generalist or Business Partner, Compensation, HR Services, and call centers, and HR data and systems.
  • Prior experience in Workday
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Experience handling highly confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Versatility to manage across difference
  • Proficiency in working with HR technology systems, data, and workflows.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex processes
  • Superb relationship skills balanced with a collaborative problem-solving style
  • Continuous Improvement mindset

Desired qualifications:

  • Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken)
  • Strong general business acumen
