Job Description

On this role You will report to QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Your Responsibilities:

• Participation in PFMEA and PCP reviews
• Maintain control instructions
• Participate in daily production reviews to gather data on new problems and provide information on solutions (methods and timelines) and present quality data
• Create statistics and reports on main quality indicators (e.g., DPMO, RTYL, IRR, IPQ, Scrap, complaints, MRB), analyzing them, and defining and implementing appropriate actions
• Keep records of conducted inspections
• Participate in MOC reviews when changes are introduced at the plants (purchase of machines, equipment, workstation modifications)
• Create control plans for components
• Train production line workers and quality controllers
• Conduct and analyze MSA, SPC
• Initiate and coordinate sorting actions
• Create and handle quality notifications for non-compliant components/products
• Solve current problems on the production line and handling the DT system
• Define and lead cost-saving and quality improvement projects
• Participating in MRB management (daily shelf reviews with material decision-making, verification of defect and non-compliant material cards)

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Secondary education, higher education
• Proficiency in English
• Audit skills
• Knowledge of documentation, quality tools, and ISO 9001 (e.g., CP, 5WHY, PDCA, MSA, SPC, 8D)
• Use measuring instruments
• And ability to organize own workspace
• SEP certification up to 1kV
