Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting job within HR with a focus on HR processes and HR administration? Are you interested to be part of an international HR team? Then we offer an exciting role as HR Specialist in a global company.

As an HR Services Specialist - EMEA you will be part of an international and experienced HR team and you will work together with specialists in the business who value and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will provide direct support to company employees, other HR groups and company management as part of a centralized function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.

This role is based in Katowice and reports into the HR Service Center Lead.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR processes (Hire, Termination, Leave/Absence, Benefits, Pay Change, Contract extensions) and keeps the data updated in Workday, SAP and other platforms
  • Participate in or lead assigned projects to successful implementation
  • Maintain employee data and documentation in compliance with local regulations, with accuracy and promptly for EMEA employees
  • Answer employee questions on HR processes, systems, policies and other HR related matters
  • Deliver trainings when needed and assist team members with less experience
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation
  • Issue related HR documentation and reports
  • Collaborate and maintain relationships with other HR teams and other partners on multiple levels
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and deals with escalations

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR.
  • Knowledge of Polish and/or other EMEA country labour law.
  • Bachelor's degree within HR, Business Administration or similar.
  • Language skills: Polish (native), fluent English verbal and writing.
  • Service-minded and focused on providing a great customer experience
  • Work quality, with a dedicated focus on details and able to work well with deadlines.
  • Motivated, independent and we-thinking
  • Curious and continuous improvement mindset.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Knowledge of German, French, Italian or Danish.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP).
  • Experience in international environment.
