Job Description
We need a diverse workforce to do our best work. We need the makers, the forward thinkers, the problem solvers, and everything in between. That is where you come in. We are looking for a Delivery Support Administrator to join our growing team in the Contract Manufacturing Organization.
This role will be responsible for supporting the outsourced manufacturing of Rockwell Automation products. The Delivery Support Administrator actively participates in the execution and development of effective outsourcing processes and procedures. The Delivery Support Administrator performs clerical tasks in the production control function, posts, and files inventory records and production schedules. This role also estimates and records production rates, prepares shop orders, and reviews stock records to determine stock status against project requirements. This role will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement and developing efficient practices.
You will report to the Regional Program Manager - Contract Manufacturing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Tracking supplier performance
- Data collection and analysis
- Process creation and improvement activities
- The creation of supplier quote requests
- Documenting current processes
- Monitoring and reporting on material status
- Generating material pick tickets
- Processing material returns
- Verifying and confirming labor invoices
- Requesting and coordinating shipments to and from suppliers
- Other duties as assigned
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- High School Diploma or GED and equivalent relevant work experience
- English fluency, both written and spoken
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Typically requires 3+ years of experience in similar or related support role
- Experience with IFS Enterprise Resource Planning Software
- Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning Software
- Experience working in or supporting a manufacturing / production operation
- Knowledge of transportation/logistics, production reporting, and Inventory control, and international transportation / logistics
- Intermediate to advanced experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with manufacturing outsourcing / supplier relations / supplier quality

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
