As Revenue Operations Specialist, you will help ensure Fiix's technology stack supports the needs of a Revenue team that is growing in size and technical complexity. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will work closely with the Architecture, Operations and Data teams, all while growing your abilities in an Agile environment. This position will report to Director, Revenue Operations and is located in Toronto.

Responsibilities - What You'll Do:

  • Work on cases submitted by Revenue team members to help resolve operational roadblocks
  • Assist with the administration of Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and DocuSign
  • Manage the onboarding and off-boarding of users from Revenue Operations owned software assets
  • Identify operational improvements and work with Architecture, Operations and Data teams to implement system and process changes
  • Complete tasks in support of Architecture team projects
  • Create enablement material to facilitate the adoption of new tools, technologies and process changes
  • Conduct data analysis and perform data updates to ensure database integrity

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • Legal authorization to work in Canada. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening


The Preferred - You Might Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, STEM or a related field
  • 1-2 years' experience in an operations or business administration role
  • Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP, data sorting and filtering, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.)
  • Data analysis experience
