Description:

The Operations Delivery Manager is based within our Account Operations team and reporting into the Senior Delivery Manager.

The Operations Delivery Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and executing multiple clients focused projects within the account operation team.

The Operations Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and collaborating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, create proper project plans, monitor project progress, resolve any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle, and adhere to deadlines established.

The Operations Delivery Manager must be a strategic thinker who can influence others and successfully work and manage multiple tasks across several teams. This role requires strong organizational skills and a highly motivated candidate with proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.

The Operations Delivery Manager will be responsible for creating and presenting the project status to internal stakeholders and clients.

Customer experience is mandatory with strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be the main driver behind the execution of multiple complex clients’ projects.
  • Scope, create, plan, track and manage tasks against the plan.
  • Create and share project status update after every meeting.
  • Serve as a liaison between all internal and external teams, coordinate, and set up recurring meetings as required.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables against the plan, Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time completion.
  • Facilitate meetings and discussions using necessary tools to communicate goals, status updates, and blockers.
  • Communicate and present the project progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels, including management.
  • Create lessons learned and ensure implementation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate a global workforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in payment processing technology.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer focus.

· 2-3 years’ experience in a client-facing project management role, experience within the financial services industry. Experience within the Payments industry, either PSP/Acquirer an advantage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent.

· Familiarity with Project Management tools (like MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira or similar)

  • Experience managing multiple deliveries simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated, independent, pro-active and team player.
  • Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail.
  • Innovative, energetic, and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to adapt to a regularly changing environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • A desire to progress and develop yourself personally and professionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal English.
