Your Mission

The Implementation Engineer will manage new implementations or enhancements of Nuvei’s quickly growing portfolio of merchants. The Implementation Engineer will participate in all phases of the account configuration, testing, implementation process and troubleshoot problems with client integrations into our platform. In addition, the Implementation Engineer will internally assist the business operations teams in technical leadership for client’s technical journey with Nuvei and liaison to our technology, platform ecosystem, products and services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a key technical expert who knows payments, especially implementation technologies and integration frameworks. Define, design, and implement our platform's different methods using sophisticated techniques.
  • Coordinate integration project timelines, tasks, and development efforts with both the internal engineering team and commercial teams to manage implementation projects and ensure we keep customers on plan and on schedule.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the supply chain and its technical implications for a client or a partner, within our turbulent ecosystem, under pressure, throughout innovation, service application and product delivery.
  • Matrix manages implementation per required solution and supports client needs for complex configuration, customization and implementations to our high-level tier prospects and partners.
  • Establish operational service excellence through issue identification, troubleshooting, and technical fix execution to improve efficiency, remove obstacles, or create optimal business processes and approaches.
  • Highly skilled at applying consultative methodologies and solving integration pain points, while delivering white-gloved service to our clients and partners.
  • Provide system configuration support based on changing business needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service (white-gloved) through active listening on every interaction while adjusting support approach to accommodate client needs.
