Role Overview:
As a Product Designer, you will report to our Design Team Lead and collaborate closely across our product organization. At Nuvei, Product Designers are the guardians of our customer experience for merchants, partners, and end-users. You will play a pivotal role in the product development process, ensuring our clients enjoy outstanding user experiences across all our platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design B2B and B2B2C products, including complex systems, dashboards, web apps, and mobile apps.
- Identify and address gaps in existing customer-facing experiences with actionable improvement plans, including Nuvei’s design system.
- Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to effectively convey design concepts and interactions.
- Communicate UX designs to stakeholders and global team members promptly.
- Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Software Developers, and other UX/UI designers to define, design, and deliver exceptional products.
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to inform design decisions.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Optimize processes for seamless collaboration with product and technology teams.
- Advocate for customer/user experience and best UI/UX practices across the organization.
