Our Mission:
As an Digital Operations Specialist you’ll be working for one the dynamic business’s within Nuvei that provides B2C capabilities to buy & sell crypto, empowering customers to swiftly purchase crypto using banking cards and receive their assets within minutes.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Transaction monitoring - performing routine checks in a company portal and third-party provider platforms, reporting inconsistencies;
  • System maintenance duties - reviewing and resolving simple cases of undelivered transactions;
  • Assisting the partner support team in handling end-user escalations until resolved, ensuring effective partner and end-user communication;
  • Conducting thorough checks on third-party providers using clear criteria, promptly identifying, and reporting/escalating any inconsistencies;
  • Provide initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to senior team members;
  • Maintain records of incidents;
  • Generate basic reports on system performance, incidents, and other operational metrics.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality;
  • Customer focused and computer-literate with basic Excel skills;
  • Ability to multitask, work with different tools and systems at the same time;
  • Flexibility towards fast changing priorities and business processes;
  • Proficient English (both written and verbal);
  • Being based in Lithuania, preferably Vilnius.

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.

Benefits:
Monthly salary from 1650 EUR (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.

Additional information:
This position requires working a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays. There are two main shifts: 8-16; 14-22, which rotate every 2-3 weeks.
