The Payroll Administrator supports the payroll processing for Nuvei for our US employees, including collecting and verifying employees’ profiles, timekeeping data, and payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring the quality of information generated.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Process the bi-weekly and monthly payroll for US employees (data entries and validation).
  • Maintain employee records, ensure they are up to date, and coordinate with other HR teams to validate that the correct employee data is input into payroll and into the HR systems (expenses, timekeeping, salary changes, commissions, etc.)
  • Conduct payroll reconciliation entries.
  • Answer questions from employees and resolve issues regarding payroll.
  • Assist in preparing reports for governmental entities when required.
  • May provide back-up for Canada payroll processing (e.g., employee change validations) as needed.
  • Participate in the year-end activities (W2, etc.) for the US payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Participate in the preparation of necessary documents for payroll verification purposes.
  • Participate in all other projects and other tasks as assigned.
