UAB Nevada Services is a Nuvei group company and is looking for a Compliance Specialist. UAB Nevada Services is a virtual assets service provider (VASP) with a registration in Lithuania and in some other jurisdictions. It acts as a virtual assets liquidity provider in Nuvei ecosystem and ensures smooth virtual asset transactions execution with end-customers.

You mission:
We are looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our fast-growing Compliance & AML team. Reporting to our MLRO, you will be supporting the team on a variety of tasks including transaction monitoring, internal investigations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in identifying suspicious activities, conducting thorough reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance our compliance framework.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Performing ongoing transaction monitoring for customers based on TMM rules and customer profile;
• Conducting enhanced due diligence (EDD) (collect documents, evaluate SOF/SOW);
• Conducting PEP, Sanctions and adverse media screening while utilizing a wide variety of tools, systems and criteria;
• Being up-to-date with recent internal policies and procedures, internal escalated changes within compliance systems and processes to the extent related to covered functions;
• Ensuring constant compliance of KYC, AML and CTF program, processes, instructions which are applicable in the Company with the applicable requirements of legal acts;
• Sufficient performance based on KPIs and SLAs set for covered functions;
• Constantly provide feedback on possible / needed processes / procedures changes and improvements and assist in building procedures.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• At least 1 year of experience working with Individual and Corporate customers in financial services or related areas;
• Basic knowledge in AML/CTF, sanctions, KYC & transaction monitoring;
• Proficient English and Lithuanian (both written and verbal);
• Good analytical skills and willingness to do precise and accurate routine job;
• High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results.

Monthly salary from 2100 Eur (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
