We are looking for a reliable and resourceful person to join our Deployment team. As a Deployment Vendor Specialist, you will be part of the operations team. Specifically, you will be in charge of ensuring POS Terminal Orders are fulfilled, managing process exceptions, and partnering with the fulfillment vendor to secure our POS terminal supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee order fulfillment for various POS Terminals by a 3rd party vendor
  • Respond and resolve order exceptions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting orders
  • Calculate and provide run-rates and device forecasting based on historic averages
  • Validate vendor invoicing matches orders submitted
  • Respond to internal business teams on the status of orders and processes
  • Generate reporting for leadership and other business teams on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the payments industry with POS Terminals (advantage)
  • Customer Service experience and/or vendor management experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel @ intermediate to advanced level)
  • High analytical ability and vendor relations skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools and has a creative mind.
  • Highly organized; time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Languages: Excellent English writing, reading and speaking. (other languages advantage)
  • Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced, ever changing work environment with multiple
