Your Mission

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing DevOps team in an established and successful Fintech company. The team you are joining can influence the development processes and the organizational business flows. You will take part in cross functional projects and varied DevOps initiatives, with a high impact on the company’s performance processing millions of money transactions a day across the globe. At Nuvei we take pride in our excellent DevOps achieved by a group of top-notch engineers.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Build and maintain our CI/CD pipeline

Automate our infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible

Maintain and optimize our K8s clusters, the application layer in a multi-DC environment, and our logging and monitoring solution

Participate in the Root Cause Analysis process

In your daily work, always take into consideration:

Documentation

High Availability

Scalability

Maintain a close working relationship with relevant teams within the organization such as:

Development

IT

NOC

Participate in a 24x7 on-call work rotation

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

5+ years of DevOps experience

Proven scripting skills

Substantial experience working with containers

Substantial experience with K8s, including Helm

Maintaining a production grade cluster

Experience working in a cloud environment, preferably AWS

Experience with Terraform or equivalent.

Experience with Ansible or equivalent

Linux Server Administration

Great verbal and written communication skills

Experience with the following is a plus:

Kafka

Networking

GitOps
