Your Mission
We are looking for a motivated person who can work together with our production teams to release Payment methods in production, by defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the Features or components for the team.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Gather, understand, and translate requirements into backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
- Manage the product backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives
- Continuously be up to date on latest Nuvei/Smart2Pay product developments and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the Payment platforms inner workings.
- Manage stakeholders’ expectations by tracking teams progress and maintaining products roadmaps.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
- Serve as the voice of the client
- Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
- Work closely with Support Team and all stakeholders to ensure Merchants’ needs addressed during integration phase.
- Keep communication with Provider/Acquirers in case of Product issues and expose to Product Team any required changes
Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
3+ years of software product management experience with a consumer facing product.
▪ Experienced with Agile development processes
▪ Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
▪ Technical background and experience with software development.
▪ High autonomy & responsibility level
▪ Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and communication skills
Would be a plus
- Work experience in the online payment domain and payment flows knowledge - a strong plus
- SQL – a strong plus
