Your Mission
We are looking for a Marketing Localization Specialist to join our fast-growing Marketing team. Reporting to our Head of Marketing – Local Markets, you will be supporting the team in managing localization projects globally within the company and with external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end localization projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to develop and execute project plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and mitigate risks, and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and select appropriate tools, technologies, and resources to optimize project efficiency and quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Continuously evaluate and improve localization processes, workflows, and tools to drive efficiency and quality improvements.
- Content management, translation structures, and terminology management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent English and at least one other language (Spanish, French, German or Italian)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven project management skills
- Results-oriented with strong time management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
