Your mission:
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will lead and mentor a team of top tier engineers with a broad platform ownership in devops and security areas while spread in 2 locations - Israel and Lithuania. We envision the core Dev team members as the future tech leaders and contributors to the company’s success.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage our cloud infrastructure based on AWS including monitoring, configuration management & troubleshooting;
  • Maintain production grade systems that hold sensitive financial data, & include safety nets to avoid hackers employing large-scale attacks using Cloudflare & other security tools like Prisma, etc.;
  • Manage the company’s CI\CD & self-service platforms;
  • Manage top technologies like: K8s, Kafka, Airflow, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.;
  • Work closely with R&D teams & architects to provide infrastructure & security aspects in the system design phase & new tools implementation;
  • Work closely with architects to design new cloud services usage.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

  • 3+ years as a Team Lead or in a similar management position;
  • At least 6 years’ experience managing production grade robust, scalable cloud-based solutions;
  • Deep understanding of Cloud architecture;
  • Proven experience with automation & IaC tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Packer or similar;
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like TektonCD, ArgoCD, github actions or equivalent;
  • Experience with containerized environments & microservices (K8s / ECS);
  • Experience with programming & scripting languages (Python, Bash);
  • Ability to participate in off hours production incidents & provide solution to critical issues that arise.

Benefits:
Monthly salary from 6000 Eur (gross before taxes). Specific salary is offered based on competence, work experience, and compliance with other job requirements.
