Marketing Technology Specialist

The Nureva marketing team is looking for a creative and energetic marketing technology specialist with a technical mindset and experience in marketing operations, digital marketing analytics and CRM management. This is a technical marketing role focused on the systems, data, and workflows that power our marketing engine. We are looking for someone who understands and is passionate about the technical mechanics of marketing behind websites, emails, marketing platforms and more. This is not a campaign management or content creation role.
You will own key elements of the technical backbone of our marketing stack, including components of HubSpot, Asana, Microsoft Clarity, SEMrush, and more. From optimizing website performance to building automation workflows and reporting on user behavior, you will ensure our digital ecosystem runs smoothly and efficiently. You will
- Monitor website performance and user behavior using analytics tools
- Compile metrics and provide actionable insights to improve the user journey across marketing, sales and product touchpoints
- Recommend optimizations for conversion and engagement
- Create and manage CTAs, forms, workflows, and related assets
- Help manage HubSpot contact data, segmentation, and workflows
- Assist with building, testing and scheduling marketing emails with proper quality assurance
- Help implement automation and lead nurturing activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to maintain CRM accuracy and systems
- Participate in HubSpot training and share new ideas or features with the team
- Organize and tag campaign assets for reporting
- Assist with event logistics and lead capture when needed
You have
- A degree in marketing or a related field
- 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital analytics, or a similar role
- A solid understanding of website structure, analytics, and user experience
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
- The ability to interpret data and user behavior to provide actionable recommendations
- Curiosity and eagerness to adopt new marketing technologies, including AI-driven tools
- A proactive mindset - comfortable asking questions, seeking feedback, and taking ownership
- A collaborative attitude with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
