Nulogy is a Toronto-based manufacturing operations software company, founded in 2002 and serving manufacturers, contract packagers, contract manufacturers, and consumer brands across consumer goods, food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and discrete manufacturing. Nulogy's Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) gives operations teams real-time visibility across the full manufacturing picture. Its Shop Floor module runs contract packaging and contract manufacturing execution. Smart Factory delivers machine-level production monitoring and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) tracking. Quality Management (QMS) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) embed compliance into daily operations. Supplier Compliance Management automates supplier onboarding, certification, and audits, critical for food safety (FSMA 204), pharmaceutical, and regulated manufacturing environments. For consumer brands, Nulogy extends MOS into external manufacturing networks through its Supplier Collaboration platform: a multi-enterprise system connecting brands with their contract packagers, contract manufacturers, and 3PLs on shared capacity, orders, bills of materials, and live production data. IDC has recognized Nulogy as a Major Player in multi-enterprise supply chain commerce networks. In February 2024, Nulogy received a strategic investment from Rubicon Technology Partners. The company has since expanded its platform through two acquisitions: Mingo Smart Factory (October 2024), which brought real-time machine monitoring and OEE tracking, and AuditComply (October 2025), a Belfast-based quality, EHS, and supplier compliance software company whose technology now powers Nulogy's QMS, EHS, and Supplier Compliance Management modules. Nulogy is led by CEO William Ryan, who joined in May 2025 from Körber Supply Chain Software. Co-founder Jason Tham serves as Chief Innovation Officer and remains on the board. Other co-founders include Kevin Wong and Sean Kirby.
