I have spent over 15 years building and improving customer experiences, first across Europe and now in Canada. Before discovering my passion for software product management, I launched a service brand and implemented a Net Promoter Score (NPS) framework across four countries.
After two years as an individual contributor, I moved into people management, where I now mentor Product Managers who care deeply about their craft and are committed to raising the bar for how we practice product management as a team.

🚀 The Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to work closely with clients, software engineers, and designers to understand complex problems, define clear outcomes, and deliver software that advances the nuclear industry. Your work will span customer-driven project-based initiatives and/or product-based development that benefits multiple customers. In both cases, you’ll be accountable for turning validated customer needs into high-quality software that meets nuclear regulatory requirements and NPX’s high standards for safety and performance.
Travel Expectations: Occasional travel (approximately once a month).
🎯 What You'll Drive
(1) Product Discovery
- Lead discovery workshops and user interviews to uncover problems worth solving and opportunities worth pursuing
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria
- Translate insights into clear, well-documented requirements that teams can execute against.
(2) Product Delivery
- Lead a cross‑functional team of engineers and designers from problem definition through delivery
- Own scope, priorities, and trade-offs to ensure solutions meet customer needs and business goals
(3) Product Strategy
- Identify patterns across customer work that can inform product strategy and future investments
- When working on software products, contribute to longer-term planning and roadmap thinking
