Novarc Technologies is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots.

Summary: As a Senior Full-stack Web Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications and systems that enable our advanced robotics solutions. From front-end user experiences to back-end services, you’ll take ownership of projects, collaborate across teams, and deliver high-quality solutions from start to finish.

Work Environment: Hybrid

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies such as React, HTML, CSS, and TypeScript/JavaScript.

• Build and maintain scalable, efficient backend services using Go (Golang).

• Work with SQL databases like Postgres to manage data effectively.

• Leverage cloud platforms like AWS or GCP to deploy and manage applications.

• Design and consume RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints.

• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

• Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) to define, design, and deliver new features.

• Actively participate in and lead code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.

• Play a key role in designing and improving system architecture to align with company goals.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and support technical decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.

• Back-end expertise with Golang and SQL databases (e.g., Postgres).

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP or Azure.

• Proficiency in modern web architecture principles.

• Proven ability to own and deliver complex projects from start to finish.

• Experience with securing web applications and handling sensitive data.

• Proficiency in version control systems like Git.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Flutter/Dart for cross-platform desktop and mobile development.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Analytics Dashboards.
