EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a regulated B2B environment.
  • 5+ years of experience managing people, projects, and owning a brand.
  • Proven success managing digital marketing programs from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, marketing technology, and content management systems, including Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, WordPress, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of digital best practices, analytics, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

ADDITIONAL STRENGTHS:

  • Experience developing compliant marketing content in partnership with clinical or technical teams.
  • Experience managing external agencies and freelancers.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and marketing compliance in regulated industries.
  • Video or multimedia content experience an asset.
