THE IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As NDI’s Market & Pricing Analyst, you’ll help shape global market strategy through data-driven insights. As part of our Global Marketing Team, you’ll analyze market trends, uncover opportunities, and collaborate across teams and partners to deliver insights that drive smarter decisions and business growth.

We’re looking for a flexible, growth-minded professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You’ll apply analytical and strategic expertise to pricing, portfolio analysis, and revenue optimization, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that support our Product and Sales teams across multiple medical markets where NDI’s technology powers innovation.

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Partner with Product Managers to scope and execute market research and financial modeling projects supporting product development.
  • Conduct extensive market research using internal and external databases; analyze trends and author commercial insights reports.
  • Interpret qualitative and quantitative data to develop strategic recommendations for product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Build and maintain pricing and market models to evaluate profitability, margin trends, and revenue optimization scenarios.
  • Identify opportunities for margin improvement and revenue growth through data-driven analysis and scenario modeling.
  • Gather and interpret competitive intelligence to inform pricing and product strategy.
  • Monitor global market evolution and maintain up-to-date market knowledge decks and databases.
  • Create and present clear, compelling reports and presentations tailored to diverse audiences.
  • Manage external market research vendors and coordinate research projects as required.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in market analytics, market research, or product management — preferably within medical devices, pharma, or healthcare.
  • Strong quantitative and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, research, and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a results-oriented approach.

  • Experience applying advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis to pricing and market strategy.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
