What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Marketing Manager to bring our brand to life through impactful events and compelling content. In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute both in-person and virtual events, support partner co-marketing initiatives, and create engaging marketing content across channels. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and partners to ensure campaigns are aligned, well-executed, and results-driven.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, including logistics, registration, and on-site coordination (Canada and US travel required)
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships
- Lead event promotion across email, social, and partner channels
- Act as the main point of contact during events to ensure smooth execution
- Collaborate with partners on co-branded marketing campaigns and joint events
- Coordinate partner deliverables and ensure alignment with brand guidelines
- Write and publish content such as blog posts, case studies, emails, and social media posts
- Support campaign execution across multiple channels under the direction of the Senior Marketing Manager
- Maintain the marketing calendar to track upcoming events, content, and campaigns
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver marketing materials on time
- Monitor and report on event and campaign performance
- Gather feedback and insights to improve future marketing initiatives
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, business, or a related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on field/partner marketing, event management, content development, and campaign execution
- Proven track record of managing and executing successful marketing events
- Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and delivering actionable insights
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience writing for B2B and enterprise audiences
- Proficiency in graphic design or familiarity with design tools
