We’re seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team, specializing in CMS solutions such as Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). This role is instrumental in guiding technical project execution, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored web content management solutions. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Research and present technical solutions to technical problems.
  • Identify and communicate risks and issues to the team in a timely manner to develop an appropriate solution.
  • Develop, implement, and configure web content management solutions in platforms like Drupal, WordPress,& AEM.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with CMS capabilities.
  • Set up and configure CMS development environments, including staging and production.
  • Design and implement reusable CMS components, templates, and integrations for content delivery.
  • Provide estimates for development work during project planning and scheduling stages.
  • Develop and test core application components to meet functional specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
  • Research emerging web technologies to inform development efforts.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, Project Managers, and UX/Content Strategists to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Participate in client meetings to offer technical guidance and ensure project alignment.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure high-quality development standards across the team.

Knowledge, Education & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in software development.
  • 5+ years experience in web backend development.
  • 3+ years of experience with enterprise CMS platforms, including Drupal or WordPress.
  • Strong programming experience with PHP and JavaScript Proficiency with web standards including HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
  • Experience leading technical teams and driving project success.
  • Expertise in CMS environment setup, version control, and deployment pipelines.

Bonus Skills

  • Certifications in Drupal, AEM Developer/Architect, Acquia DXP, or WordPress Expert.
  • Previous experience with CMS migrations or upgrades, including data migration strategies.
  • Proficiency with ReactJS
  • Familiarity with advanced integrations, such as headless CMS or decoupled architecture.
