Noibu is the leading ecommerce analytics & monitoring platform, purpose-built to help retailers protect and grow online revenue. By unifying site monitoring, experience analytics, and conversion growth opportunities in a single pane of glass, Noibu captures the most important end-to-end shopping data, without the complexity of traditional analytics tools.

Noibu surfaces critical site errors, performance issues, and customer journey friction that block conversions, then ties every insight directly to business impact, session replays, and full technical context. This makes it easy for ecommerce teams to understand why things are happening and what to prioritize, without dedicated analytics headcount.

The result: faster decisions, better collaboration across teams, optimized customer experiences, and revenue growth.

About the team and the role

Noibu is hiring a Head of Finance to own FP&A and accounting as we scale toward $20M ARR. Reporting to the CEO, you'll be a player-coach: hands-on modelling and analysis while building leverage for the leadership team. You'll lean FP&A-heavy with strong strategic instincts and use AI aggressively to drive efficiency across finance and the broader business — building leverage through automation rather than headcount. You'll partner closely with a talented Senior FP&A Analyst and Controller who are already on the team.

What You'll Do

  • Build and iterate the financial model, monthly actuals vs. budget, and a rolling forecast that leadership can self-serve.
  • Roll out AI inside finance first (close, forecasting, reporting, board prep) and then identify high-ROI AI opportunities across the business.
  • Lead the finance team, partner with outside accountants, run accounting end-to-end, and automate what should be automated.
  • Own metrics, treasury, cash management (payment terms, AR, GICs, FX), tax & audit compliance, and internal controls — without over-torquing on process.
  • Prepare board decks, manage investor updates, own the data room, and maintain the relationship with government funding partners (e.g. IRAP).
  • Partner with the CEO and SLT as a sounding board on pricing, partnerships, ICP, and segment profitability — surfacing strategic insights proactively, not on request.
  • Take on projects that accelerate recurring revenue and make it easier for customers to buy from us.
  • Anticipate what Finance needs next. Identify gaps and white space at each stage of Noibu's lifecycle and build for what's coming, not just what's here toda

What You Bring

  • Director-level finance experience at a SaaS company, ideally helping scale from ~$10M to $30M+ ARR.
  • Strong FP&A foundation — you've owned the operating model, budget vs. actuals, and rolling forecast in a software business.
  • Fluency in SaaS metrics (Rule of 40, burn multiple, NRR, GM, CAC payback, etc.).
  • Proven experience producing strategic insights (e.g. an ICP analysis or similar) that changed business direction.
  • Hands-on modelling skills — you build the spreadsheet yourself before delegating.
  • Experience owning board deck creation and investor communications.
  • A track record of personally using AI to drive efficiency in finance workflows (close, forecasting, board prep, reporting, AR/AP, etc.).

Who You Are

  • You build the model yourself before delegating, and don't outsource the thinking.
  • You pick up adjacent functions quickly and operate outside your job description without being asked.
  • You move between strategic and tactical in the same day without losing detail — pulling SLT into a pricing conversation in the morning, working through a board model in the afternoon.
  • You drive cross-functional alignment in the open, through shared metrics and direct conversation rather than back-channels.
  • You raise the bar on what's possible with AI in finance, and expect the function to look meaningfully different a year from now because of you.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • High-ownership Head of Finance seat with broad scope across FP&A, accounting, treasury, and investor relations.
  • Direct partnership with the CEO and SLT on the decisions that shape the business.
  • A mandate (and the runway) to build an AI-native finance function from the ground up.
