Senior Business Development Representative

What you’ll be doing:
- Create top-of-funnel enterprise-level pipeline.
- Utilize all prospecting channels to reach out to prospects (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Conduct account research to ensure relevant, personalized messaging.
- Collaborate with marketing on ABM campaigns.
- Support teammates with best practices (and learn theirs) in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly opportunity targets.
Who you are:
- 12+ months in a BDR/SDR role.
- Track record of engaging mid‑market and enterprise decision‑makers.
- Proficient with cold calling, email and social prospecting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- High energy, self‑starter and results‑driven; thrives in fast‑paced settings.
- Comfortable with Salesforce and sales engagement tools such as Outreach & Nooks.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience executing ABM campaigns.
- Experience selling to enterprise ecommerce brands.
