About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Platform Partner Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strategic partnerships with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, fostering mutual growth and success. You will work closely with platform partners to ensure they are well-equipped and incentivized to promote Noibu to customers and within their ecosystems, maximizing the value for both parties. Your contributions will be essential to expanding Noibu’s market presence and driving our growth strategy. Reporting directly to the Director of Partnerships, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing business.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with various teams at Shopify, BigCommerce, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud, ensuring alignment with their goals and partner strategy.
  • Opportunity Generation: Collaborate with platform partner teams to identify and cultivate referral opportunities and co-selling initiatives.
  • Strategic Alignment: Work closely with internal sales, customer success, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with Noibu’s objectives.
  • Enablement and Education: Educate platform partner teams on Noibu’s value proposition and solutions, ensuring they can effectively advocate for us within their networks.
  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute co-branded campaigns, events, and content to drive visibility and lead generation.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage the pipeline of opportunities generated through partnerships, ensuring timely follow-up and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Noibu at partner events, conferences, and webinars, positioning us as a trusted thought leader in the e-commerce space.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in partnerships, sales, or business development, ideally in e-commerce or SaaS, with a history of meeting KPIs.
  • Familiarity with or experience at BigCommerce, Shopify, and SFCC ecosystems is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in generating revenue or sales opportunities through partner relationships.
  • Skilled in relationship management and able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
  • Confident in leading initiatives independently and scaling partnership strategies.
