Noibu is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to help us expand our market share. As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you’ll have great insight into how the full sales cycle works, exposure to high-profile customers, a strong technical grounding in our product, and lots of mentorship and training. The ideal candidate is a seller who’s a self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within their accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Daily self-sourcing to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Maintain necessary conversion rates at each stage in the sales cycle.
  • Forecast at an account level weekly.
  • Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Eagerly seek out advice and feedback from all team members.
  • Utilize supporting teams respectfully and effectively.
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts and deliver against revenue targets.
  • Lead meetings that are sourced and booked for you by your BDR squad, Marketing & Partnership channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners to assist with attaining revenue targets within your named accounts.
  • Coordinate and strategize with Business Development and Marketing to assist with pipeline generation within your territory.
  • Lead the development of compelling POC reviews and business cases in collaboration with technical teams, showing the value of using Noibu to e-commerce teams.
  • Tracking sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Effectively use Gong for personal improvement, collaboration and coaching.
