About the Role:
The Systems Manager is a crucial role that powers the efficiency and effectiveness of our startup's revenue-generating teams. You will bring strong technical proficiency and a strategic mindset to drive seamless integration and optimization of our RevOps technology stack. Your expertise will shape processes, data flow, and actionable insights, boosting overall revenue growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • Systems Architecture & Integration: Design, implement, and maintain scalable systems architecture supporting sales, marketing, and customer success functions. Ensure seamless connectivity of systems like CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and related platforms.
  • Data Management: Oversee the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across RevOps systems. Establish data governance protocols, data cleansing processes, and maintain data quality standards.
  • System Optimization & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and implement system improvements to optimize performance, remove bottlenecks, and enhance user experiences. Troubleshoot technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
  • User Training & Adoption: Facilitate system training for GTM team members on proper usage, new functionalities, and system best practices. Drive high user adoption across the revenue tech stack.
  • System Documentation: Create and maintain clear, comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
  • Process Mapping & Automation: Analyze existing workflows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline RevOps processes.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with RevOps leadership to define and implement long-term technology roadmaps to support evolving sales, marketing, and business goals.

What you've done:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience as a systems administrator, technical consultant, or similar in a SaaS environment
  • In-depth expertise with Salesforce CRM and proven track record of integrations and customizations
  • Working knowledge of Tableau for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong understanding of data structures, data modelling, and database concepts
  • Bonus if you have:
  • Experience in a startup environment
  • Relevant certifications (Salesforce Administrator, etc.)
  • Coding/scripting proficiency (e.g., Python, SQL)Experience with product and customer success tools like ChurnZero, Segment, and Mixpanel
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
