At Neo, we’re on a mission to build a more rewarding financial future for all Canadians. Life at a rapidly scaling tech startup isn’t for everyone. It’s complex, fast-paced, high-pressure, but also incredibly fulfilling. Since its founding in 2019, Neo has gained incredible traction and is one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in Canada.

About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed Lead to drive our Sales Strategy and P&L initiatives at scale. As a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations in the Sales team, you’ll define the strategy and execution behind two channels. Our D2C face to face Activations and our Mortgage Broker channels. Focusing on sales productivity, funnel analysis, GTM and compensation design you will have a strong focus on data-driven market analysis, value proposition and pricing strategies, you will be shaping the priorities to ensure Canadians choose Neo as their primary financial institution.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how a leading Fintech builds financial solutions to solve real tangible problems for the average Canadian.
